Hearts of Hope Dog Rescue is a foster network, therefore, our dogs are spread out at their foster homes. We do visits by appointment only, as well as hold meet and greet events regularly. Our rescue is always very full and we focus our efforts on helping dogs in shelters at risk of euthanasia.
